L’Arc Macau Awards “2017 Employee of the 1st Quarter”
(April 17, 2017 – Macau) L’Arc Macau has launched the “Employee of the Quarter” since 2010 to recognize employees for their outstanding performance. The “2017 Employee of the 1st Quarter” Award was held at the Hotel Staff Cafeteria on 17th April together with the monthly staff party providing a variety of delicacies, attractive games and lucky draw sessions. The Management of L’Arc Macau have joined the ceremony to witness the announcement of the awardees and shared the happy moment with their employees.
“Employee of the Quarter” is selected by the department heads of the employees based on “Service Attitude”, “Quality of Work”, “Efficiency”, “Commitment” and other important criteria. The outstanding employees of “2017 Employee of the 1st Quarter” include Food & Beverage – Service - Mai Bihua, Food & Beverage – Kitchen - Ho In Kuan, Property - Li Yongjia, Engineering - Liang Zhuojin, Rooms – Front Office - Ye Shuwen, Finance - Tam Chi Ian, Casino Operations - Yan Chung Man, Casino Operations - Chan Hon Chong, Casino Security - Lok Pou Chio, Casino Treasury - Hoi Lai Peng. Mr. Leung Man Kit, the Chief Financial Officer of L’Arc Macau presented a certificate of recognition and Food & Beverage coupons to the awardees to praise their efforts and contributions to L’Arc Macau.
