L’Arc Macau Awards “Employee of the 1st Quarter of 2025”
(April 16, 2025 - Macau) As to honor the professionalism and performance of exceptional employees, L’Arc Macau hosted the “Employee of the 1st Quarter of 2025” Award Ceremony on 16th April at Hotel Staff Cafeteria, to commend the outstanding employees for their excellent work quality and service spirit. Management and employees from various departments were in attendance, sharing in this joyful moment and creating a warm and cheerful atmosphere.
L’Arc Macau has established the “Best Employee of the Quarter” award since 2010 to recognize employees with outstanding work performance and service attitude. The evaluation criteria include “Teamwork”, “Communication Skills” and “Productivity”, and other key benchmarks. The awardees of this quarter were Food & Beverage - He Guozi and Luo Xingjin, Housekeeping - Cao Xiaohong, Engineering - Li Haidong, Casino Operations - Fok Weng Keong and Leong Sio Ha, Casino Security - Vong Hon Chong, Casino Treasury - Kam Sut Kun. Mr. Anthony Tam, Hotel General Manager of L’Arc Macau, presented certificates, pins of recognition and dining vouchers to the awardees, while also acknowledging their outstanding performance in their respective roles and encouraging them to continue striving for excellence in providing guests with professional quality service. Following the Award Ceremony, a Staff Party took place with a sumptuous buffet, interactive games and a lucky draw, fostering an atmosphere filled with laughter and excitement.
