L’Arc Macau Endeavours Employee’s Continuous Learning Culture
(1 July 2010 - Macau) L’Arc Macau (“L’Arc”) organised a two-day management training programme on 28-29 June 2010. The three facilitators of Business Management Institute China (BMI China) delivered training on Leadership, Communication, and Internal Marketing. There were close to 70 managers, including 10 honourable guests from member clubs of BMI China, attended this programme with positive feedback.
As an uppermost vision of being the most sought-after entertainment hub in Macau and indulging customers in endless excitement and enjoyment, L’Arc endeavours to develop and improve in all aspects. In view of the value of “Learning drives Performance”, L’Arc strives to organise quality training to employees for their personal and professional development on a continuous basis. As led by BMI China, L’ Arc had gladly invited three distinguished professors from US to tailor-made an intensive two-day management training progromme on enhancing and strengthening the management team’s business philosophy and management style.
The three facilitators, Joe Perdue, CCM, CHE of University of Nevada, LA, Jack D. Ninemeier, Ph.D. of Michigan State University and Larry Ross, Ph.D of Florida Southern College were impressed by L’Arc training philosophy and culture of the Company. To anticipate further expansion of the Organisation, L’Arc will continue to foster the continuous learning culture through more advanced and diversified training programmes to their internal customers.
